Your team has its own name, identity and collective RTM Score.
Every runner receives personalised targets based on their performances.
One teammate might be chasing a 20-minute 5K. Another might have a target of 35 minutes.
Both have something meaningful to beat.
Both can contribute to the team.

Your Team RTM Score brings together members’ performances against their individual Machine targets.
It’s not simply about which team has the fastest runners.
It’s about how your runners perform against the challenges set for them.

RTM 2027 takes place on the first Friday–Sunday weekend of each month, from January to October.

Each runner can complete the official challenge on roads, trails, tracks, treadmills or as part of a suitable organised race.
There is no fixed RTM venue or mass start.
Run together when you can. Race your own Machine wherever you are.
⚡ Three Flex Runs Per Runner
Every team member receives three individual Flex Runs.
These allow them to complete or re-run official challenges outside their scheduled Race Weekends during 2027.
So holidays, other races, work or family commitments don’t have to mean missing out.
Flex Runs belong to individual runners, not the team as a whole.

Every participant works towards the same official RTM completion milestones.
4/10 — RTM Verified
Complete four different official challenges.
7/10 — Beat The Machine 2027
Complete seven official challenges and achieve the central RTM mission. This also unlocks any earned finisher’s T-shirt included in their entry.
10/10 — Machine Accomplished 2027
Complete the entire ten-challenge season.
Team members don’t all need to reach the same milestone.
Their individual achievements contribute to the wider story of the team.
⚙️ How Team Entry Works
1. Choose Your Package
Select 2, 3, 5, 10 or 20 runners, with or without earned finisher’s T-shirts.
2. Make One Purchase
One person purchases the team package. You don’t need everyone’s personal information at checkout.
3. Name and Register Your Team
We’ll contact you personally after purchase to confirm your team name and arrange the individual registration places.
Every runner registers using their own details and accepts the participation terms.
4. Race The Machine
From January 2027, your runners take on the official challenges, submit their own results and build their individual and team RTM Scores.

Friends: Two runners can create a team, share the challenge and keep each other motivated all year.
Running clubs: Turn existing club sessions, time trials and races into part of a worldwide season, without organising ten separate events.
Workplaces: Give colleagues across different abilities, offices and countries a challenge they can take on together.
Everyone has their own targets.
Nobody needs to run at the same pace.
And the team doesn’t have to be in the same place.

Important Team Entry Information
Team Entry is purchased by one organiser, but each place belongs to an individual participant once registered.
Every runner must complete their own registration and accept the RTM/X10 Terms of Entry and Participation Disclaimer, including participant safety requirements.
Earned T-shirts are reserved for eligible packages and unlocked individually at 7/10. The official RTM medal is a separately purchased optional earned reward.
Team registration instructions are provided personally after purchase.
