If you’ve joined RTM through our current checkout system, you can sign in below to access your account and manage your membership.

First time signing in?
When you join RTM through our current checkout, an account is created automatically using your registration email address.
You’ll receive an email inviting you to set up your password.
If you haven’t set a password yet, or can’t remember it, simply select Lost your password? in the login area above.
Enter the email address you used when joining RTM and follow the instructions sent to you.
Managing Your RTM Membership
Once signed in, you can access your account dashboard, where you’ll find your available membership and order information.
Depending on your subscription and payment method, you may be able to:
- View your active RTM subscription
- Check upcoming renewal payments
- Update your payment method
- Cancel your subscription
- View previous orders and account details
Your RTM race results, personal targets and RTM Score are managed separately through the RTM results system.

Joined RTM Before September 2026?
If you joined RTM through our previous subscription system, your membership may not appear in the account area above.
Your membership is still valid.
You don’t need to create a new subscription or purchase another entry.
For membership changes, payment questions or cancellation requests, simply contact me at hello@racethemachine.co.uk.
I’ll check your existing membership and help with any changes.
Having Trouble at Checkout?
If you’re trying to purchase an RTM subscription and see a message saying an account already exists, it usually means you’ve previously registered with that email address.
You can sign in using your existing details or select Lost your password? to regain access.
For ordinary purchases such as X10 entries or finisher’s T-shirts, guest checkout is available.
If you’re still having trouble, just get in touch.
