RTM 2027 — Team Entry

For Running Clubs, Groups & Workplaces

Bring Your Team to Race The Machine

Give your club, running group or workplace a complete year of shared Race Weekends without having to organise ten races yourself.

Choose the number of places you need and bring your team into the full RTM 2027 season.

From January to October, participants around the world take on a different distance on the first Friday–Sunday weekend of each month.

Your team can take part together, separately, on club routes, at existing races or wherever they happen to be.

Everyone shares the same distance.

Everyone gets their own challenge.

The distance is shared. The target is personal.

Choose Your Team Size

Choose 5, 10, 20, 50 or 100 places.

Each place gives one person full individual access to RTM 2027.

Team Size RTM Entry RTM Entry + Earned T-shirt
5 £199 £299
10 £379 £579

🗓️ Ten Race Weekends

RTM 2027 is a worldwide running season built around ten different distances and ten shared Race Weekends.

Race / Distance Weekend
01 · 4K Drop 1–3 Jan
02 · 1 Mile 5–7 Feb
03 · 5K 5–7 Mar
04 · 10K 2–4 Apr
05 · 6.66K 7–9 May
06 · 15K 4–6 Jun
07 · 5 Miles 2–4 Jul
08 · 50 Minutes 6–8 Aug
09 · 10 Miles 3–5 Sep
10 · Half Marathon 1–3 Oct

Race 08: 50 Minutes — How Far Can You Go?

Race Weekends run from Friday to Sunday, wherever your team is in the world.

A club might meet and race the distance together.

A workplace might have people taking part from different cities or countries.

There is no requirement for everyone to run together or at the same time.

🤖 One Distance. Different Targets.

RTM is designed to work across different abilities.

Your team does not need everybody running the same pace, chasing the same time or even living in the same place.

Each participant’s first submitted result establishes their starting level.

After that, The Machine starts setting personalised targets based on their own performances.

One runner might have a 5K target of 19 minutes.

Another might be chasing 30.

Both take on the same Race Weekend.

Both have something meaningful to beat.

As results come in, The Machine responds and the targets ahead adapt.

You are not racing somebody else’s pace. You are racing what The Machine thinks you can do.

⚡ Three Flex Runs for Every Participant

Life does not always follow the race calendar.

Every person in your team receives three individual Flex Runs.

A Flex Run allows them to complete or re-run one of the official RTM distances at another point during 2027 outside its scheduled Race Weekend.

That gives participants room for:

  • Existing race entries
  • Club fixtures
  • Holidays
  • Work commitments
  • Illness or injury
  • Their own running calendar

And nobody has to complete all ten distances.

Complete 7 of the 10 to:

Beat The Machine 2027

So RTM creates a shared monthly rhythm without requiring every member of your team to be available on every Race Weekend.

What Every Place Includes

Every individual place in a Team Entry package includes:

  • 10 official RTM Race Weekends
  • 10 different distances
  • 3 individual Flex Runs
  • A first result to establish their starting level
  • Personalised Machine targets after calibration
  • Their own RTM Score
  • Individual result tracking
  • Access to the worldwide RTM field and results
  • RTM Verified after 4 distances
  • Beat The Machine 2027 after 7 distances
  • Machine Accomplished 2027 after all 10

Each participant has their own RTM entry, targets, results and progression.

This is not one shared account controlled by the club, workplace or organiser.

Everyone races their own Machine.

Choose Your Entry Type

Team Entry

Full RTM 2027 access for every participant included in your selected package.

Choose from 5, 10, 20, 50 or 100 places.

Team Entry + Earned T-shirts

Everything included with standard Team Entry, plus every participant in the package has the opportunity to earn the official Beat The Machine 2027 finisher’s T-shirt.

Complete 7 official RTM distances and the T-shirt is unlocked.

The shirt is not sent simply because someone joins.

It is earned.

Eligible participants can choose red or black, with worldwide delivery included once earned.

🏃 For Running Clubs & Groups

RTM can sit around the running your club already does.

Use a Race Weekend as:

  • A club time trial
  • A weekend challenge
  • Part of an existing training session
  • An excuse to bring different pace groups together
  • A result from another suitable organised event
  • Something members complete independently

Your club does not need to create a new certified route or provide professional timing.

RTM provides the assignment, the calendar and the individual challenge.

Your club decides what to make of it.

Give your club ten Race Weekends without organising ten races.

🏢 For Workplaces & Teams

RTM can also give a workplace a shared challenge that works across different abilities, locations and working patterns.

Five colleagues in one office can take part.

So can a team spread across different cities, countries or time zones.

Everyone receives the same monthly assignment but competes against a target based on their own performances rather than the fastest person in the company.

That means an experienced club runner and someone much newer to running can both be part of the same RTM season without the challenge simply becoming a leaderboard of who was quickest to begin with.

Meet up and run together.

Create an office Race Weekend.

Let remote colleagues take part where they live.

Or simply use RTM as a common challenge running quietly across the organisation throughout the year.

Same assignment. Different opponent.

🌍 Take Part Anywhere

There is no fixed RTM start line.

Participants can race on:

  • Roads
  • Trails
  • Track
  • Treadmill
  • Existing organised events

They choose their own route, location and start time.

During each official Race Weekend, the same assignment is being taken on in different parts of the world.

Different routes.

Different weather.

Different time zones.

Same Machine.

⚙️ How Team Entry Works

1. Choose Your Number of Places

Select 5, 10, 20, 50 or 100 participants.

Need more than 100? Contact hello@racethemachine.co.uk.

2. Choose Your Entry Type

Select standard Team Entry or Team Entry + Earned T-shirts.

3. Make One Purchase

One person can purchase the complete package on behalf of the club, group, workplace or organisation.

You do not need to enter every participant’s information during that purchase.

4. Your Participants Register Individually

After purchase, you’ll receive instructions for activating the number of individual RTM places included in your package.

Each participant registers using their own details.

They then receive their own RTM entry, targets and results record.

The person who bought the package does not need to manage everybody else’s results.

5. Race The Machine

From January onwards, a new RTM distance arrives on the first weekend of every month.

Participants take it on.

Results are submitted.

The Machine responds.

👑 One Season. Three Milestones.

Every participant can progress through the same RTM 2027 milestones:

4/10 — RTM Verified

Complete four different official RTM distances.

7/10 — Beat The Machine 2027

Complete any seven distances and finish the central RTM mission.

10/10 — Machine Accomplished 2027

Complete the entire ten-distance season.

Your whole team does not need to reach the same milestone.

Progress belongs to the individual. The season belongs to the field.

Why Bring a Team to RTM?

You may already have runners.

You may already have routes, club nights, workplace groups, races and people looking for their next reason to get out and run.

RTM adds a ten-race worldwide season around them.

No road closures.

No course certification.

No timing company.

No requirement for everybody to have the same ability.

And no medal sent simply because somebody paid an entry fee.

Instead, your team gets ten common assignments, three Flex Runs each and a personal opponent that changes with their results.

Give your team ten Race Weekends without organising ten races.

Ten distances. Personal targets. One year.

Race The Machine 2027.
