- Red Challenge: 1500M, 3K, 5K, 10K (Jan 1st – Dec 31st).
- Black Challenge: 1 Mile, 5 Miles, 10 Miles, Half Marathon (Jan 1st – Dec 31st).
- Resolution Challenge: (Jan/Feb): 1K, 2K, 4K (Jan 1st – Feb 28th).
- Spring Challenge: 2 Miles, 3 Miles, 4 Miles(March 1st – May 31st).
- Summer Challenge: 400M, 800M, 1600M (Jun 1st – Aug 31st)
